Project Overview:
KITE supported the development of Ghana’s solar sector by improving consumer confidence through enhanced product quality assurance and certification processes.
KITE’s Role & Impact:
- Gathered industry data and identified certification gaps.
- Developed a stakeholder engagement and advocacy plan.
- Supported creation of a framework for product accreditation and certification.
Outcome:
The project strengthened the solar market, improved consumer protection, and laid the foundation for sustainable growth of Ghana’s solar industry.
